Laminated Glass

Laminated glass is a type of safety glass that bonds two or more layers of glass together by an interlayer called Polyvinyl Butyral (PVB). In the event the glass is broken, the PVB will hold the glass together and prevents it from breaking up into pieces. This characteristic of laminated glass is useful in applications where there is concern of glass falling from height such as glass canopy, high-rise residential and commercial buildings
